According to the ONS by the end of last year some 38 per cent of adults were experiencing high levels of anxiety following covid-19 and our emergence from lock down. Both those feelings of anxiety could now be exacerbated by the events in eastern Europe and the ongoing effect the war might have on our lives. One of the best ways of managing anxiety is to talk your feelings through in a group setting either in person or online.
