Post Covid anxiety

Over the past 18 months some 19 million adults in this country reported high levels of anxiety, according to the Government’s Office for National Statistics. Are you now feeling anxious about getting back to a ‘normal’ life? Do you have worries and stresses about going back to work? Getting back into social situations? Meeting up with work colleagues again? Has the pandemic affected our finances? Relationships? Mental health?

If you’re finding it difficult to cope with the new ‘normal’ in your life, you’re not alone, and it will help if you can talk to someone, be able to express the anxiety and to feel listened to and understood. We are offering one to one or group sessions for people struggling with post pandemic anxiety.
